📋 Description

  • The Sales Operations Business Partner is a mission-critical individual contributor role that supports WeTravel’s Sales Team and collaborates with Marketing, Finance, Product, and other functions to drive revenue growth through process optimization, data integrity, and sales enablement.
  • Day to day, the role involves partnering with Sales Leaders to manage pipeline development and forecasts, ensuring adherence to sales methodology, analyzing data from HubSpot and Tableau to produce actionable reports, maintaining data quality in CRM systems, supporting sales training and onboarding, validating transactions, managing lead flow per SLA/KPIs, and serving as a strategic advisor on revenue performance and operational efficiency.
  • WeTravel is a fast-growing, international travel technology company focused on transforming the travel industry through innovation and adventure, with a Commercial Operations team dedicated to aligning go-to-market functions, streamlining the customer journey, and building scalable sales processes.
  • In this role, you will develop expertise in sales operations, CRM governance, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement, while gaining exposure to SaaS business models and global commercial strategy, positioning you for advancement in revenue operations or business analysis.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Operations
  • Experience with CRM programs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Sugar)
  • Skilled at using data to understand and implement system user requirements that drive business priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and ability to effectively influence decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and written)
