đź“‹ Description
- • As the Sales Operations Lead for EMEA at Coder Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in enabling the company’s go-to-market teams to operate with greater clarity, efficiency, and impact across the region. This role is critical to scaling Coder’s revenue engine by removing operational friction, improving process consistency, and ensuring that sales, partners, customer success, and sales engineering teams have the systems and support they need to succeed in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
- • You will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of sales operations functions that underpin revenue predictability and team performance, working closely with the Director of Sales Operations to align EMEA initiatives with global strategy while addressing regional nuances. Your work will directly influence deal velocity, forecast accuracy, and team enablement, making you a key contributor to Coder’s growth in the EMEA market.
- • You will support the EMEA revenue organization across sales, partners, customer success, and sales engineering by acting as a central operational hub that connects teams, standardizes practices, and ensures alignment on goals, processes, and tools.
- • You will run core sales operations processes such as lead routing, opportunity staging, quote-to-cash workflows, and commission tracking to improve consistency, visibility, and execution across the region, ensuring that data flows smoothly and teams can trust the information they rely on.
- • You will partner on deal desk workflows, helping sales teams structure complex deals, navigate internal approvals, manage discounts and contracts, and move opportunities forward efficiently while maintaining compliance and margin integrity.
- • You will improve enablement across the EMEA revenue team by designing, updating, and distributing training materials, playbooks, and best practices, ensuring that reps have the guidance, tools, and clarity they need to perform at their best, especially in a distributed work environment.
- • You will own and optimize workflows in Salesforce, including custom objects, automation (Flows, Process Builder), validation rules, and reporting structures, keeping data clean, processes practical, and dashboards useful for frontline managers and leaders.
- • You will identify operational gaps — such as bottlenecks in handoffs, inconsistent forecasting, or tool underutilization — investigate root causes through data analysis and stakeholder interviews, and implement solutions with speed, sound judgment, and a focus on sustainable improvement.
- • You will partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and legal teams to improve handoffs (e.g., MQL to SQL, closed-won to onboarding), tighten processes across the revenue cycle, and reduce friction that slows down deal execution or customer onboarding.
- • You will communicate clearly in a remote environment, using asynchronous updates, structured meetings, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned across teams, functions, and time zones, ensuring that everyone understands priorities, changes, and expected outcomes.
- • You will surface insights and recommendations from CRM data, pipeline trends, and win/loss analysis to help leaders make better decisions about resource allocation, territory planning, and go-to-market adjustments.
- • You will work closely with the Director of Sales Operations to support regional priorities, contribute to global sales ops initiatives, and help scale the EMEA revenue engine as Coder expands its footprint in key markets.
- • You will develop deep expertise in SaaS revenue operations, CRM optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning yourself for advancement into senior operations or enablement leadership roles within Coder or the broader tech industry.
- • You will gain exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven software development tools and processes, learning how a pioneering autonomous coding company structures its go-to-market strategy and scales internationally.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related go-to-market operations role
- • Strong experience with Salesforce and a proven track record of building, managing, or improving CRM workflows, including automation, reporting, and data hygiene
- • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, data-informed approach to identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
- • Experience supporting sales operations, deal desk, enablement, or a combination of these functions in a B2B or SaaS environment
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to convey complex information clearly in remote, cross-functional settings
- • A self-starter mindset: ability to work independently, manage multiple competing priorities, and follow through on commitments without close supervision
- • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where priorities shift frequently and adaptability is essential
- • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly when managing data, processes, and documentation
- • Experience partnering with leadership and communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels, including directors and VPs
