- • As a Sales Operations Manager at Scale Army, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our client's sales team, a leading advisory firm specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and business consulting for small and mid-sized companies. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless operation of the sales engine by meticulously managing CRM data, driving data integrity through cleanup initiatives, generating insightful sales reports, and providing essential sales enablement support. This fully remote, part-time position requires availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 1 PM EST) and is ideal for candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe who are eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and grow into more senior operational roles.
- • Your core responsibilities will revolve around CRM Management & Cleanup. This involves ensuring that all CRM records are not only accurate and up-to-date but also exceptionally well-organized, forming the bedrock of effective sales strategies. You will be instrumental in executing one-off data cleaning projects, a critical task for maintaining the integrity and reliability of our sales data. A key part of your role will be setting up new clients within the CRM, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You will also be tasked with reviewing internal buy-side deal filters on a weekly basis, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Furthermore, you will enrich target records with vital industry details, comprehensive company information, and crucial contact data, thereby enhancing the sales team's ability to connect with prospects.
- • In terms of Sales Enablement Support, you will be the go-to person for providing relevant and timely lead information to the sales team, directly impacting their outreach efforts. You will prepare essential materials for sales calls, meetings, and pitches, ensuring the sales team is well-equipped for every engagement. A significant aspect of your role will be creating and managing custom sales reports, transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will meticulously track key performance metrics, guaranteeing that the team has access to timely and accurate data, which is fundamental for informed decision-making and strategic adjustments.
- • Supporting Client Development is another crucial area. You will respond to Tier 1 sales follow-up tasks, ensuring no opportunity is missed and client engagement remains high. You will diligently ensure that CRM data and filters are clean and precisely aligned with client development goals, optimizing the targeting and nurturing processes. Your role will involve adding new companies, contacts, and relevant information to the CRM, continuously improving the quality and scope of our prospect database.
- • Interestingly, this role also includes Pet-Specific Administrative Tasks, where you will enter pet-related M&A transactions into the CRM and add pet-related companies and contacts as needed. This unique aspect highlights the diverse nature of the client's business and the operational support required.
- • Collaboration Across Teams is paramount. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations departments to foster smooth workflows, maintain consistent communication, and ensure alignment across all functions. You will also be expected to take on additional operational tasks as they arise, contributing to overall team efficiency and the company's growth trajectory.
- • Beyond core sales operations, you will undertake Secondary Responsibilities in HR & Recruitment Support. This includes updating the intern management dashboard every Monday morning and processing incoming intern inquiries, as well as providing general assistance with recruitment support. This dual focus allows for a broader impact within the organization.
- • Success in this role means that CRM data is efficiently managed, leading to accurate lead records that demonstrably improve sales team productivity. The sales team will consistently receive relevant lead information and well-prepared materials, resulting in stronger, more impactful sales calls. Lead records will be continuously enriched with valuable data, enhancing targeting and engagement effectiveness. Sales reporting will provide actionable insights that drive data-driven decision-making. CRM workflows will be optimized for streamlined lead management and unwavering data accuracy. Furthermore, additional operational tasks will be handled effectively, contributing significantly to overall team efficiency and success.
