📋 Description
- • As a Sales Operations Manager at 9amHealth, you will be a critical driver in scaling the company's revenue engine by transitioning from founder-led sales to a disciplined, data-driven growth model, directly impacting the company's ability to predict and achieve revenue targets.
- • You will own and optimize the CRM infrastructure (HubSpot), manage and coach the SDR team, oversee forecasting and pipeline management, and develop predictive analytics to improve sales performance and decision-making across sales, marketing, and finance.
- • You will join a mission-driven, Series B healthcare startup founded by the team behind mySugr, backed by prominent investors including Founders Fund and 7Wire Ventures, dedicated to transforming cardiometabolic care through innovative, accessible solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in revenue operations, predictive modeling, and sales analytics while building scalable systems from the ground up, positioning yourself as a strategic leader in a high-growth B2B environment.
