📋 Description
- • The Sales Operations Manager will build, manage, and optimize outbound sales channels and the overall sales tech stack to support pipeline growth and team performance for a fast-growing AI-driven automation company serving U.S.-based B2B clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing outbound sales channels (email, phone, LinkedIn), implementing and maintaining the sales tech stack, managing data enrichment tools, setting up and refining sales processes, tracking and reporting on key sales metrics, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve outreach strategies and enablement.
- • The company is a fast-growing provider of AI-driven automation solutions focused on optimizing back-office operations, particularly in sales and customer engagement, with a collaborative culture and a commitment to leveraging advanced technology to scale efficiently.
