- • The Global Talent Co. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Operations Manager to join our fast-growing European logistics company. This is a pivotal part-time role, requiring approximately 20 hours per week, and is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

- • Close collaboration with our operations teams, carriers, and external partners is essential. You will serve as a vital link, aligning expectations, proactively identifying potential challenges, and swiftly resolving any issues that may arise to guarantee smooth service fulfillment.
- • Clear, timely, and professional communication, both via phone and written channels, is paramount. You will be expected to keep all stakeholders informed and manage expectations effectively, ensuring transparency throughout the sales and operational processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in sales and key account management, ideally within B2B, logistics, automotive, SaaS, or marketplace environments.
- • Demonstrated ability to independently manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.
- • Fluency in English (required).
- • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (required).
- • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional and customer-centric approach.
- • Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines effectively.
- • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
