- • As Hauler Hero's first dedicated Sales Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) engine. This is a pivotal "builder" role, offering a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of our sales operations from the ground up. You will not be confined to reporting; instead, you will architect and implement the systems, processes, and data integrity that empower our growing sales team to operate efficiently and effectively.
- • Your primary focus will be on owning the HubSpot platform, ensuring its architecture is optimized, workflows are automated, and data hygiene is meticulously maintained. This includes designing and implementing robust reporting and forecasting mechanisms, creating clear and actionable sales dashboards, and establishing standardized processes for pipeline management and deal progression.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless pipeline operations, accurate revenue forecasting, and the development of scalable processes that can accommodate our rapid growth. This cross-functional partnership is key to ensuring alignment and driving consistent GTM execution.
- • A significant part of your role will involve designing and refining our sales processes. This includes defining clear pipeline stages, establishing standardized deal processes, and implementing rigorous qualification frameworks to ensure we are focusing our efforts on the most promising opportunities. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales representatives.
- • You will be a champion for automation, identifying opportunities to reduce manual administrative tasks for our sales team. By leveraging technology, including emerging AI-based workflows, you will free up valuable selling time, allowing our SDRs and AEs to focus on engaging with prospects and closing deals.
- • You will serve as the central point of truth for all GTM data, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and consistency across all platforms and reports. This data-centric approach will enable informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- • Partnering with leadership, you will contribute to critical strategic initiatives such as territory design, quota planning, and capacity modeling. Your insights will be crucial in structuring our sales organization for optimal performance and growth.
- • You will also provide essential support to our SDR and AE teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools, enablement resources, and streamlined processes to succeed.
- • In your first 90 days, success will be defined by completing a comprehensive audit of our current HubSpot instance and sales processes, implementing core pipeline and forecasting dashboards, and establishing clear data hygiene standards with enforcement mechanisms.
- • By the six-month mark, we expect sales leadership to be confidently relying on your forecasts, automated workflows to be significantly reducing manual rep administration, and recurring pipeline data disputes to be eliminated.
- • Within your first year, you will have built a scalable sales infrastructure capable of supporting at least double our current team size, and GTM leaders will have self-serve analytics capabilities at their fingertips.
- • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment, possesses a strong analytical mindset, and has a proven ability to build impactful sales operations from scratch. You will have the autonomy to define and implement best practices, directly influencing Hauler Hero's trajectory and revenue growth.
