- • As the Americas Sales Operations Manager, GTM Planning at Delinea, you will own and lead the go-to-market planning system across the Americas, ensuring territories, quotas, segmentation, coverage models, and capacity planning are executed with precision and aligned to company growth objectives.
- • You will lead the annual GTM planning cycle, oversee in-year adjustments, and drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Business Systems to ensure planning outputs are data-driven, scalable, and accurately implemented in Salesforce and GTM systems.
- • Delinea is a pioneer in identity security, delivering AI-powered, cloud-native solutions that protect human and machine identities for global enterprises, backed by TPG and committed to a culture of integrity, innovation, and inclusion.
- • In this role, you will develop scenario models, translate complex data into executive-ready insights, and present recommendations to senior leadership while driving adoption and consistency across regions — building expertise in strategic GTM operations and influencing high-impact business decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Planning in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
- • Proven experience leading annual GTM planning cycles (territories, quotas, segmentation, capacity)
- • Advanced analytical skills with experience building models, scenarios, and tradeoff analyses
- • Experience partnering directly with Sales and Finance leadership to drive planning decisions
- • Strong project and program management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
- • Deep experience with Salesforce and GTM systems
