- • As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be the quality guardian and architect of our sales operations, ensuring scalable, data-driven sales processes and maintaining HubSpot as the single source of truth for the entire organization.
- • You will own HubSpot strategy and governance, design and optimize end-to-end sales workflows (Lead-to-Cash), and build a robust KPI framework with actionable dashboards to support C-level decision-making.
- • You will work closely with the CRO, Head of Sales, Sales Managers, Marketing, and Finance to drive transparency, efficiency, and reliability across the sales function.
- • You will develop deep expertise in revenue operations, CRM optimization, and data-driven sales enablement while contributing to the growth of a fast-scaling European cloud services leader with nearly 500 experts across 21 locations.
