đź“‹ Description
- • As a Sales Operations Manager, International at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s global go-to-market engine by designing and maintaining the operational infrastructure that structures, enriches, and assigns Dandy’s Total Addressable Market (TAM) across international sales teams. This role is critical to ensuring that sales efforts are focused on high-quality, properly segmented opportunities, directly impacting market coverage, sales productivity, and revenue predictability in Dandy’s mission to modernize the $200B+ dental industry through technology.
- • You will own the end-to-end operational processes behind TAM management, including data quality governance, portfolio assignment logic, market enrichment workflows, and cross-functional alignment with Data, Marketing, Sales, and BizSystems teams. Your work will ensure that every pursuit in Dandy’s addressable market is accurately defined, reliably assigned, and continuously optimized for scalability across segments and geographies.
- • You will design and manage the systems that structure and maintain Dandy’s Total Addressable Market (TAM), ensuring high data quality, completeness, and accuracy across global market datasets used by sales teams to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- • You will define governance frameworks to keep TAM clean, scalable, and operationally reliable, establishing standards for data hygiene, update cadences, and validation protocols that prevent decay and duplication in market intelligence.
- • You will partner with Data and BizSystems teams to operationalize market datasets into GTM systems, translating raw data into actionable sales-ready inputs integrated into Salesforce and other core platforms.
- • You will own the processes and system logic that assign pursuits across sales teams and segments, defining assignment frameworks, routing rules, and portfolio ownership models that maximize coverage, minimize overlap, and align with territorial and product strategies.
- • You will continuously evaluate and optimize assignment models as the business scales, using performance metrics and feedback loops to refine routing logic in response to team growth, product launches, or regional shifts.
- • You will design scalable processes to source, enrich, and validate market data used to expand TAM coverage, building pipelines that incorporate third-party data, marketing insights, and clinical intelligence to enhance account profiling and segmentation.
- • You will develop frameworks for international TAM expansion and operational readiness, ensuring that new markets are onboarded with consistent data standards, assignment logic, and sales enablement readiness.
- • You will monitor TAM coverage and portfolio health across sales teams, identifying gaps, duplication, or inefficiencies in account distribution and prescribing corrective actions to maintain market equity and sales efficiency.
- • You will build reporting and monitoring systems that ensure sales teams are consistently working high-quality pursuits, creating dashboards and alerts that surface data quality issues, assignment imbalances, or coverage blind spots.
- • You will create repeatable frameworks for portfolio assignment, TAM maintenance, and market data governance, institutionalizing best practices so that market operations become self-sustaining and audit-ready.
- • You will ensure market operations are embedded into Salesforce and core GTM systems, working with administrators and developers to configure automations, validation rules, and data flows that enforce operational integrity.
- • You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Data, Marketing, and BizSystems teams to continuously improve market infrastructure, acting as a translator between technical data capabilities and frontline sales needs.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in revenue operations architecture, market data governance, and GTM systems design—skills that are highly transferable and in demand across high-growth B2B tech companies.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape the foundational operating model for Dandy’s global expansion, leaving a lasting impact on how the company scales its sales engine across continents and dental market segments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations in a high-growth environment.
- • Strong analytical and systems thinking — able to translate complex datasets into operational processes.
- • Experience working with account datasets, portfolio management, or market coverage models.
- • Understanding of sales routing, assignment logic, and portfolio management frameworks.
- • Comfort working at the intersection of RevOps, data teams, and systems architecture.
- • Strong problem-solving ability and high attention to data quality and operational rigor.
- • Bias toward ownership — you proactively identify structural improvements rather than waiting for direction.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and mental health support tailored to your country of residence.
- • Parental planning resources and retirement savings options to support long-term well-being.
- • Generous paid time off and flexible remote work arrangements, enabling work-life balance across EU time zones.
- • Access to professional development resources and opportunities to work with cutting-edge GTM and data technologies in a mission-driven, venture-backed environment.
