- • As a Sales Operations Manager, International at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s global go-to-market strategy by owning the operational infrastructure behind Total Addressable Market (TAM) and portfolio management. This role is essential to ensuring that sales teams across geographies are equipped with accurate, actionable market data and pursuit assignments that drive productivity and coverage.
- • You will design and maintain the systems, processes, and governance frameworks that structure, enrich, and distribute Dandy’s TAM, ensuring high data quality and operational scalability as the company expands internationally. Your work will directly impact how effectively sales teams identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities in the global dental technology market.
- • You will partner closely with Data, BizSystems, Marketing, and Sales teams to operationalize market datasets into GTM systems, translating complex data into clear assignment logic and portfolio ownership models that maximize market penetration and minimize inefficiencies.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning TAM operational infrastructure by designing processes to structure and maintain market data, ensuring completeness and accuracy across datasets used by sales teams, and establishing governance frameworks for ongoing reliability.
- • You will design portfolio and pursuit assignment architecture by defining routing rules, ownership models, and assignment logic that distribute pursuits optimally across segments and geographies, continuously evaluating and refining these models as the business scales.
- • You will build market data enrichment infrastructure by creating scalable processes to source, validate, and enrich TAM data, partnering with external providers and internal teams to support international expansion and market readiness.
- • You will monitor TAM coverage and portfolio health, identifying gaps, duplications, or inefficiencies in account distribution, and building reporting systems to ensure sales teams consistently work on high-quality pursuits.
- • You will institutionalize market operations by embedding repeatable frameworks into Salesforce and core GTM systems, ensuring portfolio assignment and TAM maintenance are standardized, auditable, and continuously improved through cross-functional collaboration.
- • You will gain deep expertise in revenue operations, data-driven GTM strategy, and international market expansion, positioning yourself as a key architect of Dandy’s global sales engine while developing advanced skills in systems thinking, data governance, and operational design.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations in a high-growth, venture-backed environment.
- • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable operational processes and assignment frameworks.
- • Hands-on experience working with account datasets, portfolio management, or market coverage models, including familiarity with sales routing and ownership logic.
- • Proficiency in modern GTM tooling ecosystems such as Salesforce, SQL, Looker, or similar data and CRM platforms.
- • Experience supporting international GTM expansion or multi-market operations, including understanding of cross-border data complexities and localization needs.
- • Proven ability to partner effectively with data engineering, analytics, and BizSystems teams to operationalize data into sales-ready processes.
