• • The Sales Operations Manager will own the systems and process layer between GTM strategy and day-to-day execution for Speak for Business (S4B), enabling Sales Leadership to focus on coaching, hiring, and selling while ensuring predictable operating cadences.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include running weekly forecasting and pipeline rhythms, building and maintaining sales ops cadence and standard metrics, driving stage hygiene, building trusted sales dashboards, stabilizing CRM inputs, enforcing deal hygiene, owning Deal Desk workflow, and supporting territory/account assignment and GTM programs.
