  • • As a Sales Operations Program Manager at Smartcare, you will lead and coordinate key sales development initiatives to strengthen sales disciplines, enhance onboarding experiences, and ensure consistent adoption of training, systems, and processes across service and project sales teams.
  • • Day to day, you will coordinate and execute sales training programs (including Sandler methodology rollout), develop and improve onboarding programs for new sales reps, partner with sales leadership to accelerate ramp-up, support ongoing training on sales tools and processes, collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, operations, finance, and training teams, track and report on training effectiveness and adoption, identify performance gaps and recommend scalable solutions, standardize best practices across teams, and manage timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent sales enablement projects.
  • • Smartcare is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment, offering comprehensive mechanical services including hot side cooking equipment, stand-alone refrigeration, specialty coffee and beverage, complex rack refrigeration, and HVAC.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in sales enablement, program management, and sales methodology implementation while driving measurable improvements in sales productivity, onboarding consistency, and process adoption across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in project management, sales enablement, or sales operations
  • • Experience supporting or implementing formal sales methodologies
  • • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • • Experience developing training programs or onboarding processes
  • • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office
  • • Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 5%)
