- • The Sales Operations Senior Analyst at Cigna Healthcare plays a critical role in supporting the Producer Licensing and Appointment Team by ensuring accurate data management, timely reporting, and efficient off-boarding processes that directly impact sales enablement and regulatory compliance.
- • This role is essential for maintaining operational integrity and supporting producer lifecycle management, enabling the sales force to operate smoothly and in alignment with Cigna’s mission to improve health outcomes through trusted partnerships.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively collaborating with team members and management to identify process inefficiencies and implement streamlined workflows that enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
- • The analyst will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technical functions of systems used in producer licensing and appointment operations, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity across platforms.
- • They will support departmental projects and improvement initiatives as requested, contributing to cross-functional efforts aimed at enhancing operational excellence and scalability.
- • A core duty involves processing producer off-boarding requests, which includes terminating producer appointments in accordance with regulatory requirements and drafting clear, professional communications to impacted producers to maintain trust and transparency.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3+ years of relevant work experience in operations, sales support, or data administration.
- • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization), Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- • Demonstrated strength in external partner-focused communication, including drafting professional correspondence and maintaining trust-based relationships.
- • Ability to work independently with minimal direction while remaining assertive, collaborative, and committed to high ethical and professional standards.
- • General knowledge of the producer/broker role in selling Cigna’s products and an understanding of licensing and appointment processes in the healthcare insurance industry.
