- • The Senior Deal Desk Specialist governs complex, high-value, and non-standard sales opportunities to ensure they are complete, compliant, and ready to progress through the sales lifecycle.
- • You will be the primary point of coordination between Sales and partners during deal formation, managing approvals, dependencies, and timelines.
- • You will conduct intake of complex sales opportunities to ensure completeness and readiness for review, collect, review, and validate supporting artifacts including related agreements, previously approved pricing, and prior compliance or vetting reviews.
- • You will manage collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including Contracts Legal, Pricing, Compliance, Vetting, and Billing, and act as the primary liaison between Sales and internal partners during deal structuring and approval.
- • You will support Sales with follow-up items required to advance opportunities through approval workflows, track deal progress and dependencies, and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines and SLAs.
- • You will ensure all required approvals are secured, documented, and properly recorded before opportunities progress through sales stages and execution.
- • You will identify recurring issues, bottlenecks, and quality gaps in deal execution and recommend process improvements and opportunities for automation.
- • You will report to Experian’s Senior Sales Operations Manager.
