- • As the Sales Operations Lead at Welltheory, Inc., you will serve as the operational backbone of the commercial team, owning and optimizing Salesforce infrastructure and sales systems strategy to drive efficiency and scalability in a mission-driven digital health company focused on autoimmune care.
- • Day to day, you will manage the commercial tech stack, coordinate conference and event execution, improve sales workflows and processes, maintain the Notion knowledge base, build sales enablement programs, develop outbound cadences, and support data analytics for business case development while tracking core operating metrics.
- • Welltheory is a remote-first team of 50 passionate individuals building a digitally enabled care model for autoimmune conditions, combining personalized care, nutrition guidance, and coaching with a rigorously operated go-to-market engine.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in revenue operations, gain end-to-end ownership of commercial systems, influence cross-functional strategy with leadership, and directly impact rep productivity and customer acquisition in a high-growth health tech environment.
