- • As a Sales Professional at H.B. Fuller, you will drive growth in the Mobility market segment by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships across automotive and transportation end markets.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include executing new market development initiatives, mapping applications, conducting product trials, managing territory sales, maintaining Salesforce.com and FLIP pricing tool usage, and delivering monthly reports while balancing 80% of your time on new business development.
- • You will join a global team of over 7,500 employees at H.B. Fuller, the world’s largest pureplay adhesives company, collaborating across 30+ market segments in 140+ countries to deliver innovative solutions that enhance product quality, safety, and performance.
- • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in adhesive technologies, sharpen your consultative selling skills, and develop strategic account management capabilities while contributing to profitability targets and market share growth in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-year engineering degree in chemical or mechanical stream (preferred)
- • Minimum 7 to 9 years of relevant sales experience in industrial consumables, with proven handling of adhesives, sealants, specialty lubricants, or specialty chemicals
- • Strong experience in Mobility SBU, specifically in automotive (OEMs Tier I/II) and transportation (bus, truck, railways, tractors, marine, construction equipment) end markets
- • Technical knowledge of adhesive technologies including Anaerobics, Acrylics, Epoxies, Hotmelts, Polyurethanes, MMAs, Cyanoacrylates, Solvent & Water Based, Silicones, Coatings, and PU Foams
- • Valid 4-wheeler driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively based on territory geography
- • Fluency in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages
