- • As a Hybrid Sales & Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners embarking on significant exterior remodeling projects. Your responsibilities will span both the critical sales phase and the meticulous project management phase, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth while upholding our company's reputation for quality craftsmanship and unwavering attention to detail.
- • In the sales capacity, you will engage directly with qualified leads, who will be provided through our established marketing efforts. Your role will involve conducting in-home sales consultations, where you will expertly diagnose the client's project needs, develop comprehensive and professional scopes of work, and create accurate estimates. Building strong trust and rapport with homeowners is paramount; you'll be expected to answer their questions thoroughly, address any concerns, and ultimately close deals. Proficiency in utilizing our company's CRM and estimating tools, such as Roofle and SumoQuote, will be essential for building and tracking proposals effectively. Maintaining a robust personal sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and achieving monthly revenue targets and close rates will be key performance indicators.
- • Transitioning into the project management aspect, you will orchestrate the successful execution of sold projects. This begins with conducting thorough project handoff meetings with both the production teams and the clients, ensuring everyone is aligned on project scope, timelines, and expectations. You will be responsible for ordering necessary materials and coordinating their timely delivery with vendors and site crews. Scheduling and managing our network of subcontractors and in-house crews will be a core function, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. Regular job site check-ins are crucial to monitor progress, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and maintain quality standards. You will meticulously track job costs, manage any necessary change orders, and diligently work to maintain target gross margins for each project. Serving as the client's dedicated point-of-contact throughout the entire production phase, you will provide updates, address emerging issues, and ensure client satisfaction. The culmination of your project management efforts will be the final walkthrough, where you will ensure all punch list items are completed to the client's satisfaction and our company's high standards.
