• • As a Sales Recruiter at Motive, you will play a strategic role in building high-impact teams by attracting, engaging, and closing top talent, operating as a 'sales-first recruiter' who influences decisions and positions opportunities effectively.
• • You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, own end-to-end high-volume recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, closing), build and maintain candidate pipelines, act as a brand ambassador, drive candidate engagement through storytelling, meet and exceed KPIs, leverage Greenhouse ATS and data, and collaborate cross-functionally for a seamless hiring experience.
