- • Lead and manage a team of 6-10 Business Development Managers to drive restaurant partnership growth in Paris, setting and exceeding monthly sales targets while maintaining high performance and ethical standards.
- • Provide daily leadership on the sales floor, conduct weekly 1:1s, deliver actionable feedback, and mentor team members to improve key metrics including sales activities, conversion, and partner quality.
- • Collaborate with onboarding teams to activate high-potential restaurant partners in France and represent Deliveroo’s brand and values in all external and internal interactions.
- • Develop team capabilities in prospecting, process execution, and performance optimization, fostering a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement aligned with Deliveroo’s mission to transform how people eat and shop.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent in French with operational proficiency in English
- • 4+ years of sales experience, with B2B experience considered a strong advantage
- • 2+ years of proven people leadership or team management experience
