📋 Description

  • • Execute a direct-to-end-user sales strategy within an assigned territory to drive growth, market penetration, and revenue generation for Solenis’ water and hygiene solutions.
  • • Develop and implement a structured sales plan focused on prospecting, acquiring, and converting new end-use customers through proactive outreach and consultative selling techniques.
  • • Manage the full sales cycle from initial customer engagement and needs assessment to closing the sale and providing post-sale support to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • • Identify, qualify, and build relationships with commercial pool operators and decision-makers to establish Solenis as a trusted solutions provider for high-value water treatment systems.
  • • Promote and sell Solenis’ full commercial pool solutions, clearly articulating the technical, operational, and financial benefits of chemistries, process aids, cleaners, disinfectants, and monitoring systems.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and internal support teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with customer needs and strategic sales objectives.
  • • Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) and other sales tools to accurately track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, report on performance metrics, and provide market intelligence to internal stakeholders.
  • • Maintain consistent communication with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and reinforce long-term partnerships beyond initial transactions.
  • • Leverage Solenis’ established brand reputation and global presence to gain competitive advantage in the commercial pool market and expand market share within the assigned territory.
  • • Adapt sales approach based on customer feedback and market conditions to optimize conversion rates and customer outcomes in a dynamic, solution-driven environment.
  • • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and technical understanding to effectively position complex water treatment technologies as essential to operational efficiency, asset protection, and environmental compliance.
  • • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account developments to ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and sales process protocols.
  • • Represent Solenis at industry events, customer sites, and through virtual engagements to build brand visibility and strengthen customer trust.
  • • Balance multiple sales opportunities simultaneously while prioritizing high-potential prospects to maximize revenue output and territory performance.
  • • Align all sales activities with company goals, ethical standards, and compliance requirements to uphold Solenis’ reputation as a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree.
