📋 Description

  • • Close warm leads generated from digital advertising campaigns by conducting consultative phone sales conversations with parents seeking tutoring solutions for their children.
  • • Convert inbound leads into paying customers by pitching tailored educational packages priced between $99 and $1,499 based on each family’s unique needs and educational goals.
  • • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through objection handling, negotiation, and final purchase completion, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system for all leads, interactions, and closed deals to support team reporting and pipeline visibility.
  • • Exceed monthly sales targets by consistently achieving and surpassing conversion rate benchmarks to maximize uncapped commission earnings.
  • • Act as the primary representative of MyEdSpace during sales interactions, building trust with families by clearly articulating the value and impact of our online tutoring programs.
  • • Demonstrate deep understanding of MyEdSpace’s mission to make world-class education accessible regardless of geography or socioeconomic status, and reflect this purpose in all customer communications.
  • • Manage a high-volume pipeline of warm leads with a focus on timely follow-ups, relationship building, and closing deals within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • • Deliver sales conversations in clear, confident, and empathetic English, ensuring all communication adheres to the company’s values of integrity, transparency, and customer-centricity.
  • • Collaborate with the Sales Team Lead to refine outreach techniques, share best practices, and continuously improve conversion strategies based on feedback and performance data.
  • • Operate independently in a remote work setting while maintaining strict adherence to daily productivity goals, schedule availability, and communication protocols.
  • • Utilize a reliable home office setup—including a computer with 8GB+ RAM, a professional headset with microphone, and a stable wired internet connection—to ensure consistent call quality and professionalism.
  • • Represent MyEdSpace’s commitment to raising the bar by proactively seeking feedback, learning from outcomes, and iterating on sales approaches to drive better results.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the UK or US market
  • • Strong phone-based sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals, not just handling inbound enquiries
  • • C1/C2 English proficiency
  • • Reliable home office setup: computer (8GB+ RAM), headset with mic, stable wired internet
