  • • As a Sales Representative - Bilingual, Korean and English at U.S. Bancorp (via Elavon, a wholly owned subsidiary), you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth by developing new business relationships and expanding revenue from existing accounts. Your bilingual proficiency in Korean and English enables you to serve a diverse customer base, particularly in markets where Korean-speaking clients are underserved, directly supporting U.S. Bank’s mission to empower customers and communities to thrive financially.
  • • Day to day, you will identify business opportunities by leveraging deep knowledge of client needs, market trends, and Elavon’s payment solutions portfolio; craft and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective and existing clients that highlight how our technology-driven payment platforms solve real-world financial challenges; build and nurture a strategic referral network through partnerships with financial advisors, business consultants, and industry groups; maintain a disciplined call and outreach program to consistently engage leads and follow up on opportunities; collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and customer service to tailor solutions and ensure seamless onboarding; and track sales activities and pipeline metrics using CRM tools to forecast performance and adjust strategies.
  • • You will join Elavon’s dynamic sales team, which is dedicated to innovation in payment processing and committed to serving over 1.5 million global customers with secure, scalable, and technology-forward solutions. The team operates with a customer-centric mindset, values collaboration across functions, and is backed by U.S. Bank’s extensive resources, stability, and commitment to ethical business practices—providing you with the support of a Fortune 500 financial institution while working in an agile, entrepreneurial environment.

  • • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English at a business level, including ability to read, write, and speak fluently in professional settings

  • • Generous paid time off including vacation (2–5 weeks based on tenure and grade), up to 11 paid holidays, and sick and safe leave accruing at 1 hour per 30 hours worked (up to 80 hours/year)
  • • Additional benefits such as life insurance, short- and long-term disability, adoption assistance, and parental leave
