- • Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls to assess garage door issues and provide consultative sales solutions.
- • Build immediate trust with customers by explaining technical repair options clearly and recommending appropriate upgrades or fixes.
- • Close sales on repairs or upgrades during the initial service visit, turning service calls into revenue-generating opportunities.
- • Perform hands-on mechanical repairs including replacing springs, rollers, motors, and other door components.
- • Install keypads, run electrical wiring, and adjust hardware to ensure proper door function and safety.
- • Lubricate moving parts and conduct full operational tests to guarantee smooth, quiet, and reliable door performance.
- • Use basic hand and power tools to complete all repair tasks independently and to industry standards.
- • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that fosters repeat business and referrals through professionalism and reliability.
- • Collect payments on-site and accurately document each job in company software systems.
- • Operate a company-provided wrapped vehicle with a gas card as your mobile office while traveling to customer homes.
- • Participate in a 6-week paid training program: 2 weeks in-market and 4 weeks at the Phoenix, AZ Training Academy with flights and lodging covered.
- • Receive all necessary tools and equipment—no personal investment required to perform the job.
- • Earn uncapped commissions with first-year earnings typically ranging from $90K to $150K+ based on performance.
- • Receive a $1,000 bonus upon successful graduation from training and launch into your assigned market.
- • Work 7 days a week in a dynamic, performance-driven environment with no traditional 9–5 desk structure.
- • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and payments using company tablets and digital platforms.
- • Adapt to varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments including hot, cold, or confined garage spaces.
- • Contribute to a culture of integrity by treating every customer with respect—no pushy sales tactics allowed.
🎯 Requirements
- • Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving record
- • Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures
- • Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales
- • Criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded)
- • Basic comfort with navigation apps, Google tools, tablets, and software
- • Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments
