- • A Sales & Service Consultant role that blends consultative sales with hands-on mechanical work, where you build trust with homeowners, recommend solutions, close sales, and then perform the repairs yourself—making every day both relational and technical.
- • Day to day, you’ll meet homeowners on scheduled service calls, explain options clearly, close repair or upgrade sales, then replace springs, rollers, motors, install keypads, run wiring, lubricate equipment, and use hand and power tools to complete the work you sell—while delivering outstanding service that drives referrals and repeat business.
- • A1 Garage Door Service LLC is a growing, employee-focused company that values performance, integrity, and hands-on expertise, investing heavily in training and tools to turn sales professionals into skilled technicians with uncapped earning potential.
- • In this role, you’ll master consultative sales techniques, gain certified mechanical skills in garage door systems, learn to operate company tools and technology, and build a path to six-figure earnings through performance-driven commissions and internal promotion opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving record
- • Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures
- • Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales
- • Basic comfort with navigation apps, Google tools, tablets, and software
- • Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments
