- • A1 Garage Door Service LLC is opening a new location in the Cherry Hill/Mount Laurel area of Philadelphia, PA, with training beginning in April 2026 and the location launching in May 2026. This role is ideal for sales-driven professionals who want to combine consultative selling with hands-on mechanical work, offering a clear path to six-figure earnings through uncapped commissions and performance-based pay.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting homeowners on scheduled service calls to build trust, explain repair and upgrade options clearly, and close sales; performing hands-on repairs such as replacing springs, rollers, motors, and installing keypads or wiring; lubricating and testing equipment for proper function using basic hand and power tools; delivering exceptional customer service to encourage repeat and referral business; collecting payments and accurately documenting each job.
- • The team is part of a nationally recognized leader in garage door repair and installation, known for putting customers first and rewarding performance. The company invests heavily in employee development through a comprehensive 6-week paid training program, including 2 weeks in-market and 4 weeks at its Phoenix, AZ Training Academy, with flights and lodging covered.

🎯 Requirements
- • Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving record
- • Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures (hot or cold garages)
- • Minimum of 1 year of experience in consultative sales
- • Basic comfort with navigation apps, Google tools, tablets, and job-related software
- • Reading and basic math skills for taking measurements, calculating estimates, and processing payments
