- • The Sales Specialist - Account Growth role at Fresha.com Ltd is a pivotal position focused on driving monetization and expanding relationships with existing clients in the beauty, wellness, and self-care industry. As an Account Manager reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for growing revenue from Fresha’s platform by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring client success, and contributing to the company’s aggressive global growth trajectory. This role is critical to scaling Fresha’s impact in key markets, particularly with the opportunity to relocate to Qatar, supporting the company’s expansion in the Middle East.
- • Day to day, you will manage and nurture a portfolio of existing business accounts, conduct regular check-ins to understand client needs, identify opportunities to increase platform usage and revenue through premium features or add-ons, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will track account performance, prepare business reviews, and act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. The role requires proactive outreach, data-informed decision-making, and consistent achievement of growth targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
