  • • Own the full-cycle sales motion for Insider One’s AI-driven Chatbot (Support Agent) product across APAC, acting as both a new-logo hunter and an overlay specialist who expands adoption inside existing Fortune 500 and high-growth accounts. You will be the single-threaded owner of revenue targets for the Chatbot line, carrying a quota that scales with ARR growth and directly impacts Insider One’s global valuation.
  • • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects by mapping the region’s enterprise landscape, running outbound sequences, leveraging marketing-generated MQLs, and orchestrating executive-level events that position Insider One as the undisputed leader in conversational CX. Expect to source at least 70 % of your pipeline through self-generated activity, supported by a world-class SDR pod and regional field-marketing budget.
  • • Run discovery sessions that uncover high-impact use cases—ranging from 24/7 multilingual support deflection to proactive order-status automation—then translate those insights into tailored business cases that resonate with C-suite, digital, and customer-experience stakeholders. You will quantify ROI using our proprietary calculator and present findings to CFOs, CDOs, and Heads of Customer Service.
  • • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the power of Insider One’s natively integrated channels (WhatsApp, SMS, Web, App, Site Search) and AI decisioning engine, always tying every feature back to measurable KPIs such as CSAT uplift, ticket deflection, and incremental revenue. You will co-present with Solution Consultants to ensure technical depth without losing business relevance.
  • • Lead complex negotiations involving multi-year SaaS contracts, data-processing addendums, and security questionnaires, partnering with Legal, Security, and Finance to close deals that protect margin while accelerating time-to-value for the customer. Average deal size ranges from USD 150 k to USD 1.2 m ARR with 3-year terms.
  • • Co-sell with Account Directors to unlock six-figure expansion opportunities inside existing customers who already rely on Insider One for email, web, or app personalization; you will quarterback the Chatbot overlay motion, ensuring incremental ARR and deeper product stickiness. You will maintain a 120 % net-revenue-retention target across your install base.
  • • Collaborate daily with Solution Consultants to architect scalable bot flows, integrate with CRMs, contact-centre platforms, and knowledge bases, and design phased roll-outs that de-risk adoption and deliver quick wins within the first 90 days. You will own the success plan from signature to go-live, ensuring customers achieve stated KPIs and become referenceable advocates.
  • • Feed market intelligence back to Product and Marketing—competitive win/loss data, emerging channel preferences, pricing sensitivity—so that regional messaging, roadmap prioritization, and GTM campaigns stay razor-sharp and locally relevant. You will participate in monthly Product Councils and quarterly pricing reviews.
  • • Forecast weekly with 95 % accuracy, documenting deal stage, next steps, and risk-mitigation plans in Salesforce; present pipeline reviews to APAC leadership and contribute to quarterly board packs that highlight Chatbot ARR growth and strategic customer logos. You will be the voice of the field in regional QBRs and global SKOs.
  • • Champion Insider One’s social-impact ethos by participating in community initiatives such as SheCodes, AI Training for Teachers, and local volunteering days, embodying the company’s mission to build technology that uplifts society as well as shareholder value. You will receive two paid volunteer days per year and budget to sponsor local STEM events.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years closing complex SaaS deals (USD 100 k+ ARR) in enterprise CX, marketing-tech, or contact-centre domains across APAC
  • • Proven track record of over-achieving quota (≥ 110 %) for at least three consecutive years
  • • Native-level English plus business fluency in at least one APAC language (Bahasa, Mandarin, Thai, or Korean)
  • • Deep understanding of AI/ML use cases in customer support, including NLP, intent classification, and agent-assist workflows
  • • Willingness to travel up to 40 % across KL, Jakarta, Singapore, Bangkok, and Manila
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or regional master’s preferred
