  • • The Sales Support Administrator plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient support throughout the sales process, directly contributing to the success of the sales team and overall business operations.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the support of sellers and sales opportunities, managing and updating customer databases and sales records, handling customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate sales representative, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders and documentation.
