- • As a Sales Support Associate at Amerilife Group, LLC, you will play a vital role in enabling producer success by delivering accurate, timely illustrations and presale support that directly contribute to sales outcomes and client satisfaction in the life insurance marketplace.
- • Your work ensures that producers have the tools and information they need to serve clients effectively, reinforcing Amerilife’s commitment to consistent delivery of value and maintaining its standing as an industry top performer through employee and customer satisfaction.
- • Day to day, you will provide product and carrier information to producer groups and internal staff, ensuring accurate and up-to-date details are communicated clearly and professionally.
- • You will maintain detailed product and financial knowledge across all carrier offerings, staying current with product features, underwriting guidelines, and financial strength ratings to support informed decision-making.
- • You will develop and apply working knowledge of internal and carrier-specific software packages used for illustration generation, client reporting, and sales enablement, adapting quickly to system updates and new tools.
- • You will run appropriate life insurance illustrations based on a deep understanding of the competitive market, tailoring solutions to producer objectives and client needs while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- • You will proactively follow up on all presale activities, tracking requests, confirming receipt, and addressing questions to keep the sales pipeline moving efficiently.
- • You will document all illustration requests and outcomes in a CRM system to support sales follow-up, reporting, and performance tracking, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- • You will participate in ongoing educational development through internal and carrier-led training to stay ahead of industry trends, product innovations, and evolving sales processes.
- • You will help maintain departmental illustration workflows and service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring turnaround times on phone inquiries and illustration delivery to ensure timely, high-quality service.
- • You will join a collaborative, mission-driven team at Amerilife that values consistency, integrity, and continuous improvement, where your contributions directly support the company’s reputation for excellence in both employee experience and customer outcomes.
- • In this role, you will develop strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills, gaining deep expertise in life insurance products, sales support processes, and CRM systems—positioning you for growth within Amerilife’s expanding sales and operations teams.

- • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- • Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
- • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
- • Experience with PCs in a Windows environment and demonstrated proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
- • Demonstrated knowledge of the insurance industry, product, and sales processes (preferred)
