📋 Description
- • As a Sales Support Representative (Outbound Appointment Setting) at TwoConnect LLC, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by converting warm leads into booked and attended chiropractic appointments for healthcare providers in the US market. This role is essential to bridging the gap between lead generation and patient acquisition, directly impacting clinic utilization and revenue through proactive, consultative outbound engagement.
- • You will be the frontline voice of the company, responsible for delivering a professional, empathetic, and high-energy customer experience that builds trust, educates prospects on the value of chiropractic care, and guides them toward scheduling and attending appointments — all while working remotely from Metro Manila in a performance-driven, target-focused environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively managing and converting a high volume of warm leads through outbound calling, responding to inbound inquiries across phone, email, social, and online channels, qualifying leads by identifying needs and addressing objections, applying consultative selling techniques to communicate service value, and consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs related to call volume, booking rates, and conversion outcomes.
- • You will maintain structured and persistent follow-up across all active leads, accurately record interactions and next steps in the CRM system, schedule initial and follow-up appointments with confirmation and reminder protocols, coordinate with chiropractors and clinic staff to optimize appointment availability, provide clear guidance on pricing and payment options, process payments when required, and support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed to ensure seamless patient journey execution.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales, call centre, appointment setting, or a similar conversion-focused role.
- • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales, booking, or conversion targets.
- • Strong objection handling, closing, and consultative selling skills.
- • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- • Experience using CRM systems for lead management, follow-up tracking, and activity recording.
- • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
