• • The Sales Support Specialist role at Twilio is critical to enabling the success of Account Executives by managing operational and administrative aspects of the sales cycle, acting as 'the glue' between functions to ensure smooth deal execution and customer satisfaction.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with pricing and deal workflows using internal tools, creating and amending order forms and quotes via CPQ, maintaining accurate CRM records, serving as an internal liaison with billing, legal, security, and support teams, supporting customer calls with AEs, and maintaining team-level trackers for cross-functional issues.
