- • The Sales Support Specialist role at XTIUM is critical to ensuring seamless execution of the sales cycle by supporting account managers, managing quotations, renewals, and deal registrations while maintaining accuracy in sales systems like Salesforce. This role directly contributes to revenue generation and customer satisfaction by enabling smooth sales operations.
- • Day to day, the person will assist account managers in producing sales proposals, provide direct customer service to XTIUM accounts, answer client and prospect inquiries, prepare renewal quotes for manufacturers (including Cisco and Microsoft), utilize the Cisco CCW tool for deal registration, collect pricing from distribution channels and vendors, check product availability and lead times, maintain sales activity tracking systems, provide informational materials to clients, register deals with manufacturers, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- • The team functions as a critical support unit within the sales organization, working closely with account managers, vendors, and order processing teams. XTIUM’s global team is driven by excellence, continuous improvement, open communication, ownership of work, learning, growth, and accountability to colleagues and customers, all while striving to push boundaries and make an impact.
- • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in sales support operations, gain proficiency in Salesforce and Cisco CCW/CCWR, strengthen customer service and communication skills, build experience working with distribution partners and OEMs, and grow into a trusted partner within the sales organization—potentially advancing into senior sales operations or account management roles.

- • Minimum 5+ years experience in similar role
- • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
