📋 Description
- • As a Sales Systems Engineer at Veeam Software Group GmbH in Dubai, you will play a critical role in securing and expanding business with new and existing end-user customers, Cloud, and Hosting Providers by combining deep technical expertise with sales acumen to drive revenue growth and customer success.
- • Day to day, you will conduct web-based and on-site product demonstrations, deliver training and enablement sessions, build and maintain customer and partner relationships, lead Product Proof of Concepts (POCs), prepare Bills of Materials (B.O.M) and RFPs/RFQs based on customer needs, independently identify and qualify business opportunities, and provide technical compliance and competitive analysis of Veeam solutions.
- • You will join a global leader in data resilience and data security posture management, headquartered in Seattle with operations in over 30 countries, protecting more than 550,000 customers worldwide. Veeam is at the forefront of enabling safe AI at scale by ensuring data is understood, secured, and resilient, and you will collaborate closely with sales teams, Solution Architects, System Integrators, and Professional Services to deliver tailored technical solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced technical and consultative selling skills, deepen your expertise in virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and data security frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, DSPM), and grow into a trusted advisor capable of influencing C-level stakeholders and shaping customer technology strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a System Engineer
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- • Hands-on experience with Hypervisors and Cloud environments, including VMware, Nutanix AHV, RedHat, and Microsoft virtualization technologies in large environments
- • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and AWS, with ability to discuss and position Cloud technologies
- • Ability to engage in business conversations with C-Level executives and comfort presenting to groups both remotely and in-person
- • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and conduct client interaction for requirement gathering and infrastructure assessment
