- • As a Sales Systems Manager on Zillow’s Rentals team, you will help scale the systems, tools, and programs that power frontline sales execution, enabling seller productivity through reliable systems, scalable processes, accurate reporting, and strong cross-functional partnership.
- • You will support core sales platforms like Salesforce, Gong, and Salesloft; manage user provisioning, permissions, and territory support; lead cross-functional initiatives to improve workflows and tool adoption; gather business requirements; coordinate project timelines; monitor data flows for reporting accuracy; define and track success metrics; and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
- • You will partner across Sales, Product, Data, Finance, and Engineering within the Rentals Sales Strategy & Operations team, which focuses on making renting easier, more transparent, and more efficient for millions of renters and property partners nationwide.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in revenue operations, sales systems administration, cross-functional project leadership, data-driven process improvement, and change management—gaining the ability to drive operational scale and influence strategic decisions across a fast-growing, innovative real estate technology company.
