📋 Description

Getty Images, a global leader in visual content, is seeking a dedicated Sales Team Assistant to join our EMEA Sport & Entertainment team.
• In this crucial role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our EMEA Sport & Entertainment sales representatives, enabling them to focus on their core objective: growing our customer base and fostering strong client relationships across the region.
• You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the sales team, acting as a central point of contact for both internal departments and external clients. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of accuracy will be key to your success.
• A significant part of your role will involve proactive engagement with customers. This includes assisting with inquiries, coordinating meetings and presentations, and ensuring that all client interactions are handled professionally and promptly. You will gain invaluable insight into how visual content empowers businesses, helps them overcome challenges, elevate their brand messaging, and ultimately achieve their strategic goals.
• You will be responsible for managing and maintaining sales databases and CRM systems, ensuring that all customer information, sales activities, and pipeline data are up-to-date and accurate. This meticulous approach is vital for effective sales forecasting and strategic planning.
• Your responsibilities will extend to preparing sales reports, presentations, and other critical documentation. You will work closely with the sales team to gather necessary information and present it in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, supporting their efforts to win new business and retain existing clients.
• You will play a key role in the logistical coordination of sales activities, including scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements for the sales team, and organising internal and external meetings. This requires exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Furthermore, you will assist in the preparation and processing of sales contracts, proposals, and other essential sales collateral. Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time is paramount.
• You will act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within Getty Images, such as Marketing, Legal, and Customer Service, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the visual content industry and the specific needs of clients within the Sports & Entertainment sector. You will learn how Getty Images' vast library of imagery and video solutions can be leveraged to enhance storytelling, marketing campaigns, and editorial content.
• You will be expected to develop and maintain a strong understanding of Getty Images' products, services, and sales processes. This knowledge will enable you to provide informed support to the sales team and respond effectively to customer queries.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both written and spoken French and English is essential for effective communication with our diverse client base and internal teams across the EMEA region.
• Proven organisational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for data management, reporting, and communication.
• A genuine passion for and understanding of the Sports & Entertainment industry, including major events, lifestyle, and cultural trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
