📋 Description
- • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team in Kuwait City to drive growth in Deliveroo’s food delivery market by setting targets, coaching representatives, and ensuring consistent pipeline and performance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading team meetings, conducting call shadowing sessions, onboarding new hires, providing performance coaching, collaborating on sales strategy, managing the sales pipeline, tracking KPIs, and delivering data-driven insights to improve sales outcomes.
- • Deliveroo is a technology-driven company transforming how people shop and eat by connecting consumers with restaurants, shops, and riders; despite its global impact, it maintains a small-team culture that values autonomy, innovation, and fast-paced execution.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in sales operations, deepen your knowledge of the food delivery and F&B industries in Kuwait, master CRM and sales analytics tools, and gain experience driving team performance in a high-growth scaleup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • BSc/BA in business or a related field preferred
- • 3-5 years of sales & negotiation experience, preferably in a high-growth company
- • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in food delivery or hospitality
- • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, and time management skills
