- • As Customer Success Team Lead at Allica Bank, you will line manage a team of approximately five Customer Success Executives, ensuring they successfully convert new qualified leads into open and funded business current accounts for established SMEs.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing line management, capacity planning, pipeline management, coaching, and development through regular performance reviews, development meetings, and interventions to drive team performance across the full end-to-end onboarding journey.
- • You will work collaboratively across Allica — including relationship management, product, marketing, and operations — to ensure prospective customers receive exemplary customer service and a strong first impression of the bank, while acting as a key liaison between customer feedback and product teams.
- • In this role, you can develop leadership expertise in remote sales management for SMEs, deepen your understanding of business banking products and onboarding processes, and drive measurable impact on customer acquisition and retention within Allica’s high-growth fintech environment.
