- • The Salesforce Administrative Support Specialist at Delegate CX Inc. is a full-time, remote role based in the Philippines, supporting a U.S.-based business by maintaining, updating, and optimizing Salesforce data and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and user adoption across the organization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and allocating Salesforce cases to correct departments using decision guides, generating LEED reports and ad-hoc reports for customers, locating and distributing documents such as invoices and Excel files, and providing administrative support across departments through email and recordkeeping tasks.
