- • As a Salesforce Administrator at DeepL, you will play a critical role in maintaining the health, reliability, and usability of the Salesforce platform that supports global sales, marketing, and customer operations. Your work ensures that over 200,000 business customers and millions of individuals continue to benefit from DeepL’s Language AI platform by enabling seamless internal processes and data integrity across key business functions.
- • You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational excellence of Salesforce, including triaging user requests via Jira and Slack, managing user access and permissions, maintaining data quality across core objects like Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities, and supporting routine configuration changes such as field updates, page layouts, picklists, and validation rules. This role demands strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

DeepL’s culture is built on trust, curiosity, and care, with a shared mission to break down language barriers and foster global connections through intelligent AI technology.
- • In this role, you will develop hands-on expertise in Salesforce administration, gain experience in managing enterprise-scale CRM operations in a fast-growing tech company, and build foundational skills in data governance, user support, and process optimisation—positioning you for growth into more advanced Salesforce or CRM-focused roles.

- • 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce in an administrative or support capacity
- • Solid understanding of core Salesforce objects including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and related data models
- • Proven experience with basic Salesforce configuration such as creating and modifying fields, page layouts, picklists, and validation rules
- • Experience managing users, roles, profiles, and permission sets, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- • Comfortable using ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow to track, prioritise, and resolve user requests
- • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way

- • Hybrid work model with flexible hours and office attendance twice a week, enabling collaboration and work-life balance across global time zones
- • 30 days of annual leave (excluding public holidays) plus access to mental health resources to support long-term wellbeing and resilience
- • Regular in-person team events, monthly Hack Fridays for passion projects, and a culture of open communication, feedback, and continuous learning
