- • As a Salesforce Administrator at DocPlanner Group S.A., you will own and govern the Salesforce configuration, ensuring data integrity, security, and system efficiency while supporting global teams across Poland and Spain in a fully remote role.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing user accounts, sharing rules, profiles, and permissions; overseeing data imports, exports, and mass updates; designing and maintaining declarative automation (Flows, approvals, assignment rules); troubleshooting escalated issues; conducting root cause analysis; and leading training sessions and documentation efforts for business owners.
- • You will collaborate with admins, developers, and testers to own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, mentor team members, enforce best practices, and optimize existing builds to reduce technical debt and improve org health using CI/CD tools and GitHub.
- • The role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, advanced automation, data management, and release processes while working in a diverse, inclusive, and results-driven global environment that values ownership, simplicity, and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced working knowledge of relational database design concepts and data management
- • Proficiency with Salesforce administration, including Sales and Service Cloud (omnichannel, chats, embedded services, web-to-case)
- • Experience with data manipulation tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Inspector) and strong analytical skills
- • Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to troubleshoot system, process, and data issues
- • Strong communication skills, including explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
- • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- • Experience with release management tools and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
- • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, or Sales Cloud Consultant
