- • Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce environment to support Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams.
- • Manage user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and access controls to ensure secure and scalable system usage.
- • Triage and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 Salesforce support issues across the organization.
- • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules to align with business workflows.
- • Ensure data integrity through continuous monitoring, cleanup, deduplication, and governance processes.
- • Create, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive business decisions and performance tracking.
- • Support release management including sandbox testing, deployments, and comprehensive documentation of all changes.
- • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external systems in collaboration with Engineering.
- • Develop and enforce Salesforce best practices, standards, and operational documentation across teams.
- • Deliver training and enablement programs to internal users to promote adoption and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align system capabilities with business needs.
- • Participate in continuous improvement of Salesforce functionality to scale with organizational growth and evolving operational demands.
- • Contribute to system upgrades, feature evaluations, and change management processes to enhance platform efficiency and reliability.
- • Assist in the management of Salesforce lifecycle from development through production deployment with strict attention to data governance.
- • Support compliance and audit readiness by maintaining accurate records of configuration changes and access controls.
- • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet organizational priorities and operational needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a scaling company environment
- • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, workflows, Flow automation, and reporting
- • Experience managing user access models, security, and permissioning at scale
- • Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and lifecycle management
- • Ability to gather requirements, prioritize requests, and manage multiple stakeholders
- • Experience supporting integrations and working with technical teams on system design
