đź“‹ Description

  • • Dandy Technology is revolutionizing the vast and often outdated dental industry, a market exceeding $200 billion. Fueled by investment from premier venture capital firms, we are on an ambitious mission to streamline and modernize every facet of dental practice operations through innovative technology. As we scale our global presence, Dandy is building the definitive operating system for dental offices worldwide. Our goal is to empower clinicians and their teams with cutting-edge technology, forward-thinking innovation, and unparalleled support, enabling them to achieve greater success for their practices, their staff, and ultimately, their patients.
  • • In this pivotal Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role, with a specialized focus on Salesforce administration, you will serve as an essential conduit between our ambitious business objectives and the technical realities of our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with a diverse range of business units, moving beyond superficial task documentation to deeply diagnose complex, multi-step user challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in translating these intricate problems into clear, actionable, and effective technical solutions.
  • • Reporting directly to the Director of Business Systems, this position is perfectly suited for an independent and proactive problem-solver. The ideal candidate will possess the unique ability to "speak the language" of both senior business leaders and skilled engineers, fostering seamless communication and understanding across different technical and non-technical domains. You will take full ownership of configuration changes from inception to completion, ensuring that our critical GTM systems, including Salesforce and Outreach, are meticulously aligned to directly support and accelerate the company's growth trajectory and operational efficiency.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass leading in-depth requirements-gathering sessions with key stakeholders across various departments. You will be tasked with translating complex user needs and business requirements into comprehensive technical documentation. This includes the creation of detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), meticulous "As-Is" process maps that capture the current state, and forward-looking "To-Be" workflows that outline desired future states. Your analytical skills will be paramount in independently diagnosing multi-step user issues, dissecting underlying problems, and translating these into clear, concise, and actionable user stories that effectively guide and drive the development process forward.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves owning system configuration changes end-to-end. This includes managing the setup and modification of fields, automation rules, custom objects, and other core Salesforce components. You will ensure that all proposed and implemented solutions are not only technically feasible within the Salesforce platform but are also designed for scalability to accommodate future growth and evolving business needs. Furthermore, you will proactively engage with stakeholders, gathering continuous feedback from defined user groups. You will act as a trusted consultant, ensuring that the implemented solutions precisely meet the stated business needs and deliver tangible value.
  • • Your ability to make high-quality, timely decisions regarding configuration choices will be critical in preventing development bottlenecks and ensuring project momentum. You will be empowered to work independently on assigned features and projects, demonstrating strong self-management skills. This includes proactively managing scope within well-defined project boundaries, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely delivery of solutions. Your contribution will directly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales, marketing, and customer success operations, playing a vital role in Dandy's continued expansion and success in modernizing the dental industry.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience managing configuration in an enterprise platform, with direct, hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • • Demonstrated ability to use logic and analytical methods to solve complex problems and translate them into clear, simple technical documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories).
  • • Experience in documenting "As-Is" and "To-Be" process maps.
  • • 2-4 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or similar systems-focused role, preferably within a high-growth tech environment.
  • • Excellent multi-mode communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with a proven ability to build consensus and collaborate effectively among Product, Engineering, and Business groups.
  • • Preferred: Experience with GTM tech stack tools such as Outreach, ChiliPiper, and Telephony platforms.
  • • Preferred: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator).

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and mental health support.
  • • Parental planning resources and generous paid time off.
  • • Retirement savings options tailored to local regulations.
  • • Opportunity to work remotely within the USA.
  • • Be part of a rapidly growing, venture-backed company transforming a massive industry.
  • • Collaborative and inclusive work environment focused on authenticity and winning as one.
