• • As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Baldwin Technology Company Inc., you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s Salesforce environment to support strategic business objectives and operational efficiency.
• • Day to day, you will configure, support, maintain, and enhance Salesforce systems; collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements; manage projects from inception to completion; create documentation including process flows and training materials; handle user administration tasks; perform configuration changes like validation rules and reports; evaluate new software tools; provide user support and training; and assist the product owner in sprint planning and scoping.
