- • As a Salesforce Consultant at Statista, you will play a key role in optimizing revenue operations by configuring and enhancing Salesforce platforms to support critical business processes like CPQ, billing, and approvals, while integrating AI-driven insights to improve decision-making and efficiency.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include configuring Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, designing automated workflows using Flow Builder, architecting data integrations with ERP and billing systems, leveraging AI tools such as Einstein and LLMs for forecasting and content generation, translating business needs into technical specifications, and leading stakeholder workshops and UAT sessions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
- • Proficiency with Flow Builder, picklist management, custom objects, and approval process design
- • Working knowledge of Salesforce data model, SOQL, and API-level integrations
- • Experience leading requirements gathering, writing user stories, and managing solution delivery end-to-end
- • Practical experience with Salesforce Einstein (Einstein GPT, Einstein Analytics, Agentforce) or comparable AI-in-CRM tools
- • Familiarity with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for documentation, requirements drafting, or delivery acceleration
