📋 Description

• As a Salesforce CRM Architect specializing in Consumer Goods Cloud, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that drive digital transformation for consumer goods companies, directly impacting their sales, service, and field operations.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include steering complex Salesforce projects from requirements analysis through hypercare, analyzing and optimizing end-to-end customer journey processes, developing holistic solution architectures using Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, facilitating workshops to translate business needs into technical solutions, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants within project teams.
• You will join Mindsquare AG’s growing CRM Business Unit, a dynamic IT consulting community that values impact, personal growth, and technical excellence, where you’ll collaborate with passionate professionals in a remote-first environment that fosters innovation and continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of project experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Solution Architect within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, or comparable solutions
• Experience in implementing complex customer requirements, including requirements engineering and test management
• Strong communication skills, confident client-facing presence, and enthusiasm for modern sales and service processes
