Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own and deliver end-to-end features across Salesforce, Zuora, and .NET services, from design and development through deployment and ongoing maintenance, with minimal oversight.
- • Provide direct technical support to internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations, translating business needs into technical solutions and communicating constraints clearly in non-technical terms.
- • Build and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, ensuring adherence to governor limits, async patterns, and platform security models.
- • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems such as Zuora Billing and Marketo using REST APIs and event-driven architectures, maintaining data integrity across connected platforms.
- • Lead incident response for critical internal systems, including real-time issue resolution, user communication, and post-mortem analysis to prevent recurrence.
- • Contribute to team health through regular code reviews, documentation updates, and knowledge sharing, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and pairing.
- • Apply established Salesforce design patterns including bulkification, trigger frameworks, and separation of concerns, and proactively advocate for their adoption when gaps are identified.
- • Work within a hybrid model, splitting time between remote work and the Cambridge office, with an expectation to be in-office once every two weeks.
- • Participate in a collaborative technical interview process that emphasizes problem-solving over pre-work or whiteboarding, with no automated screening tools used in evaluation.
- • Contribute to improving team processes and ways of working through proactive ownership, continuous feedback, and a focus on sustainable delivery practices.
- • Engage in a culture that values craft, collaboration, and quality over hero coding, with clear pathways for skill growth and impact.
- • Support internal users across commercial functions by bringing commercial context into technical discussions and ensuring solutions align with business outcomes.
- • Maintain and enhance the integrity of systems powering Redgate’s commercial operations, including Salesforce, Zuora, and their integrations, which are critical to Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
- • Participate in a three-stage hiring process: initial conversation with the hiring manager, a 90-minute collaborative technical interview, and a values and competency interview.
