• You will collaborate closely with our product management, engineering, and client success teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant and scalable Salesforce solutions. This involves a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially Financial Services Cloud, as well as experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver powerful tools that help our clients navigate the complexities of the alternative investment landscape.
• Key responsibilities will include designing and developing custom applications, workflows, and automation within the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable Apex code, creating dynamic user interfaces with LWC and Visualforce, and ensuring data integrity through effective database design and querying. Furthermore, you will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

• Specific duties will encompass:
• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Creating and optimizing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
• Performing data analysis, data cleansing, and data migration tasks as needed.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the Salesforce environment.
• Staying current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices, and recommending improvements.
• Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
• Documenting technical designs, solutions, and processes.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency in writing efficient and maintainable Apex code, including triggers, classes, and batch jobs.
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling, SOQL, SOSL, and data manipulation tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
