📋 Description

  • Join InvestorFlow, Inc., a pioneering force in the alternative asset management industry, as a remote Salesforce Developer. We are revolutionizing how alternative asset firms operate by providing specialized CRM solutions and digital portals built on the robust Salesforce platform. Our mission is to empower these firms to discover opportunities, cultivate and manage critical relationships, and transform relationship insights into tangible actions, all while boosting productivity and enhancing transparency. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be at the forefront of this innovation, playing a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Salesforce solutions that directly address the unique challenges and demands of our clients.
  • This role is ideal for a highly motivated and technically adept Salesforce Developer who thrives in a dynamic, remote work environment. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our product offerings, ensuring they remain best-in-class and continue to deliver exceptional value to our alternative asset firm clients. Your expertise will be crucial in customizing and extending the Salesforce platform to meet specific client needs, integrating with other systems, and developing custom components that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • You will collaborate closely with our product management, engineering, and client success teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant and scalable Salesforce solutions. This involves a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially Financial Services Cloud, as well as experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver powerful tools that help our clients navigate the complexities of the alternative investment landscape.
  • Key responsibilities will include designing and developing custom applications, workflows, and automation within the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable Apex code, creating dynamic user interfaces with LWC and Visualforce, and ensuring data integrity through effective database design and querying. Furthermore, you will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • We expect you to be a proactive problem-solver, capable of identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. This includes troubleshooting complex technical issues, optimizing existing functionalities, and staying abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and best practices. Your ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential for success in this remote role.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that push the boundaries of what's possible with Salesforce in the financial services sector. This includes developing sophisticated reporting and dashboard solutions, building integrations with third-party applications, and contributing to the overall architecture of our Salesforce-based products. Your work will directly contribute to InvestorFlow's growth and its reputation as a leader in specialized CRM for alternative asset management.
  • We are looking for a developer who is passionate about building high-quality software and is committed to continuous learning and professional development. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values innovation, integrity, and client success. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company and to shape the technology that drives the alternative investment industry forward.
  • Specific duties will encompass:
  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
  • Building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Creating and optimizing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
  • Performing data analysis, data cleansing, and data migration tasks as needed.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the Salesforce environment.
  • Staying current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices, and recommending improvements.
  • Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
  • Documenting technical designs, solutions, and processes.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
  • This role offers the chance to work with a sophisticated client base and to develop deep expertise in the financial services domain, specifically within alternative asset management. You will be empowered to take ownership of your work and contribute meaningfully to the success of both our clients and InvestorFlow.
