📋 Description

• As a Salesforce & IT Systems Administrator working Thursday to Monday, you will serve as the critical technical guardian of Carwow’s global operations during weekends, ensuring zero downtime for Sales, CX, and Ops teams by maintaining platform health and resolving escalated issues when the rest of the tech team is offline.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary technical stakeholder from Saturday to Monday, monitoring system health, resolving complex technical escalations, serving as the dedicated technical partner for the Porto office, driving Salesforce evolution through custom objects and Flows, managing endpoint fleets via JAMF and identity lifecycle via Okta and Google Workspace, automating workflows with the Business Innovation team, and providing 2nd line escalation support with a security-first mindset.
• You will join Carwow’s Business Innovation team, a forward-thinking unit supporting a high-growth, international company that recently doubled its audience through the acquisition of Autovia, now boasting nearly 10 million YouTube subscribers, over 1.1 billion annual views, and a web content reach exceeding 350 million annually.
• The Porto office partnership role offers a unique opportunity to align local operational needs with global platform strategy, positioning you as a trusted technical advisor in a key European hub while contributing to Carwow’s mission of becoming the car-changing destination of choice through technology, media, and automotive expertise.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Salesforce declarative development (Flows, Reporting, Permission Sets), gain hands-on experience with enterprise identity and endpoint management (Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace), and develop leadership in autonomous problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration—skills that are highly transferable and valuable in scaling tech environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration with strong declarative skills in Flow, Reporting, and Permission Sets
• Proven experience in IT operations including endpoint management (Windows and macOS) and identity lifecycle management via tools like Okta and Google Workspace
• Ability to work autonomously, identify and resolve technical and security issues independently, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
