- • This role is for a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Specialist at Weekday 1, supporting a client in the life sciences industry. The position is critical for driving digital transformation by implementing and optimizing Salesforce and Veeva solutions that enhance customer engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, and support scalable CRM systems tailored to pharma, biotech, and medical devices.
- • The specialist will lead end-to-end implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical leadership to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals, compliant with industry standards, and effective in improving field force performance and omnichannel engagement.
- • The team operates in a fast-growing, innovative environment focused on delivering cutting-edge CRM solutions for life sciences clients. - • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud solutions, driving Veeva CRM implementations, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce and Veeva platforms, designing data models and automation workflows, supporting omnichannel engagement strategies, ensuring compliance with GxP, HIPAA, and other life sciences regulations, mentoring junior team members, establishing development best practices, and participating in release planning and post-production support.
- • The person in this role will gain deep expertise in life sciences-specific CRM implementations, strengthen technical leadership abilities, and become a trusted advisor in digital transformation initiatives. They will have the opportunity to shape scalable, compliant systems that directly impact customer engagement and operational efficiency in highly regulated industries, positioning them as a specialist in a niche and high-demand domain.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–14 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Veeva CRM implementations.
- • Strong expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- • Proven experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, and related modules within life sciences ecosystems.
- • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- • Strong understanding of life sciences business processes including field engagement, KOL management, sample management, and compliance workflows.
- • Experience working with data migration, ETL tools, and system integrations.
- • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices within Salesforce environments.
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, or Consultant-level) are preferred.
- • Veeva certifications or prior experience with Veeva implementations are preferred.
- • Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau CRM or similar platforms is a plus.
- • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and validation processes in life sciences is advantageous.
